I discovered this restaurant thanks to the JRE guide of which the owner is a member. Refined and elegant environment, particular and refined menu. The chef plays on the plating in a very well-studied way. The dishes are tasty and reflect traditions, elevating them to the maximum thanks to those modern touches that improve the result. The maitre immediately put me at ease, I almost felt at home, thanks to his friendliness and friendliness. He proposed 3 labels that were a little outside the box, which I really appreciated because it made me discover new wines.

Quality raw materials happily transformed by a creative and ironic hand into always balanced dishes. Satisfactory wine list, with particular attention to mountain bubbles. Very good value for money.
A spectacle, from start to finish. Beautiful dishes, impeccably plated, but above all full of different flavours, which give that something extra, which is missing from 99% of the restaurants I've been to so far. The service was impeccable, we were served by two very well-trained people, I felt treated like a prince. The location is structured and thought out very well, a suitable place to relax and enjoy excellent cuisine, different but at the same time spectacular. Quality price? 10/10.
My wife and I went there last Friday to celebrate my birthday. I've wanted to try it for a long time and I had it on my agenda, we finally did it :)
Expectations were high and I must say that they were largely satisfied, both in terms of cuisine and service. The restaurant is also very very nice, we ate in the small room, next time we ask to be in the large one, because we really like the furnishings and colors.
I am publishing photos of some dishes, adding that the restaurant manager allowed us to drink two wines by the glass, practically choosing them ourselves, our favourites, the Alsatian Gewurzt and the Sauternes. This alone would deserve five stars, not to mention the nice gift given to us before leaving.
Excellent quality, the unfortunately not sweet dessert ruined everything!! In my opinion, the restaurant needs to be fixed up and embellished perhaps with some wine shelves that divide all these enormous spaces!! Another piece of advice, a place with too much light!! Nowadays the light must only be on the customer's table and not in the entire room (huge room in this case)!! 3 stars
Summer menu by chef Alberto Basso, tried for lunch in mid-July. An ever-growing cuisine, attentive to the season (very fresh and light menu), creative but with always tasty dishes. The risotto with courgettes, red prawns and its bisque alone is worth the trip :)
